At Bey’s Kitchen, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund and cancellation policies:

Catering Services

Orders can be canceled 48 hours prior to service date for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date are non-refundable.

Nikah Services

Deposits paid for event bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Donations (Sabeel Program)

Donations made towards our food charity initiative are non-refundable.
